A Look At Our Range
We wanted a range that encompassed our sustainable and innovative focus, it had to be colourful, technical and sustainable. We were quite undecided in which direction to go in terms of product range and what materials to focus on. Enter Bespoke Pet Products. Their process is highly orchestrated and these guys really know what they are doing! Our first meeting was through emails, when we contacted them after finding them on Google, and from the get go we knew we had struck gold. After a few emails back and forth we got onto video call and this is where the magic started to happen. We spoke to their entire team over the course of 2 weeks initial consultancy phase, we spoke to their graphic design team and product development team mostly and even got to speak to one of their directors, who is based out in China, where he oversees the entire manufacturing stages of their projects. It was clear we had landed in the right place!
From Rubber Toys to Heavy-duty Walking
With the guidance by the teams at Bespoke Pet Products, we decided to focus on natural rubber dog toys, walking, silicone lickmats and rope / hemp toys. We found this range worked with our ethos of health, fun and sustainability, as well as that, our budget was considered and spread accordingly across all areas to ensure we had a range that was full and ready for the demands of the market.
Throughout the whole process, we were guided through different colour options, materials, weights as well as packaging solutions and further onto shipping best practices and as a bonus, their head of marketing emailed us asking if we would like a free complimentary discussion / meeting on pet product marketing and insights into best marketing practices for pet brands trying to reach new audiences. Deciding What Service to Use

For example, Bespoke Pet Products allowed us to choose 100% natural rubber for our dog toys, with a small amount of hardeners and pigment dyes, this as far as we know, means our natural rubber dog toys are one of the most sustainable and toxic free dog toys in the market right now. Many other brands cut corners and use TPR (which is derived from crude oil) and use toxic dyes to add colour to their pet toys. This was a big no for Stride and through working with the guys at Bespoke Pet Products, we were able to define and create a product that will stand the test of time. Their knowledge and expertise in this area has been invaluable and we quite simply could not have done this without them!

- Complete Control: Working with Bespoke Pet products, we had direct access to their top pet product designer James. We were able to adjust the smallest of details on all of our pet products, from making the dog leads 2mm wider to changing the shape of the geo-Ball to a Hexagon from a Pentagon, this level of service is unheard of and we are so happy we chose to work
