Stride pet products are designed to encourage our pets to get out in the big wide world and explore! We are dedicated to both cats and dogs equally and cover all bases from rest and rejuvenation, active playtime at home and in the field, to rigorous walks through every terrain imaginable.
Before we launched Stride, we identified three major issues in the pet products industry:
- Pet products were harmful.
- Pet products were Boring.
- Pet products were Low Quality.
We are obsessed with pets, and this is the very reason we launched Stride all them years ago. At the time, there were a lot of harmful pet products in the market (there still is sadly) and as pet owners we did not feel good about allowing our pets to play with nasty chemical laden toys.
There was very little innovation with pet products. Most stores were awash with a sea of sameness, none of the products we tested had that WOW factor, and as a result lacked the ability to excite the imagination of our pets. We knew we could offer more exciting products to the market and as a result create happier, more dynamic pets!
We were concerned with waste! Cheap products break easily, and are just as easily sent to landfill! This was not OK, not on our watch! We brought our experience in sustainability, design and manufacturing and mixed them with our love for pets, and voila, Stride was born!
