What is your return policy?

We accept returns for up to 30 days after your purchase. We ask that you email us to get a return started. Our returns policy applies to products bought via our website. If you have purchased a Stride pet product via one of our stockists, please contact them. We work closely with all of our stockists to make sure they are at the same level of customer care as we are.

How do we become a stockist?

We are happy you want to become a Stride stockist! Please email us to get the ball rolling. Please include:

  • Store name
  • Location
  • Current brands stocked
  • What Stride products you are keen on stocking

We will get back to you to discuss how we can move forward.

How long will shipping take?

We aim to get all orders out on the same day of purchase up to 3pm. Any order placed after 3pm will be sent the following day. All orders will take between 2 to 3 days to be delivered. International orders will take between 5 and 8 days to be delivered.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over £40 include free shipping to mainland UK. Any order under £40 will incur a standard UK shipping rate of £5.50 which is a tracked and signed delivery service. International delivery (orders being sent outside of the UK) will be calculated at checkout. We will soon be working with international distributors in Europe, Asia and the Americas to allow for faster, cheaper or free delivery in these regions. We will keep you updated.
